Can I choose what flowers I want in my Bunch?

Our concept is a little different to your typical florist; it’s simple, leave the hard part up to us. We create one unique bunch of fresh seasonal flowerson the days we deliver. Please make contact prior to ordering if you would like to request a specific style, colour or varieties. 

  • We will try to fulfil specific requests, please note these can’t be guaranteed and are subject to availability on the day. remember we make a small number of bunches and posies per day.

Will my flowers look the same as in the picture?

All flowers are different so we cannot guarantee it will look identical. Our bunches change each delivery day and we aim to create our seasonal bunches with similar colour palettes and style. Posy Lane Co. reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitutions according to the practical availability of specific flower types.

When and where do you deliver?

We deliver on days advertised for delivery. Same day delivery is available before 10am. With the exception that the product is not sold out. We deliver to all Gold Coast hospitals, businesses, schools and a large majority of coastal suburbs (excluding public holidays and weekends, with the exception of Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day) Have a look at our suburb list below to see if you’re included. All business deliveries are done between 12:30 and 5:30pm. Please note we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, however if the flowers need to be at a workplcae by a certain time please state this in your delivery notes.

Suburbs outside our local suburb list will incur an additional delivery fee, please see Delivery Areas.

What if no one is home to receive your flowers?

If you’re not home when our flowers are delivered.. thats not a problem. The person who orders the bunch must leave us with instructions so we can deliver and leave them in a safe and shady spot.

Our regular bunches come in a vase filled with water so it’ll stay fresh for a couple of hours, our special order bunches will be wet wrapped for you.

  • Our orders work under an 'Authority To Leave' System. Our delivery drivers have the authority to leave flowers at, or near, the front door if we deem it safe to do so. If necessary, we will contact the recipient or sender to let them know where we've left their flowers.

  • If there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers we’ll attempt to contact the sender. If we are unable to make contact, Posy Lane co is not able to re-deliver, replace or refund the product unless the sender pays an extra after hours delivery fee.

  • Theft is common unfortunately so we recommended advising us to leave it in a secure spot, non visible from the street. Posy Lane co take no responsibility if the flowers have been stolen from the premises.

How do i care for my flowers once they arrive?

Cut stems 2cm on an angle – Change water every 2-3 days – Keep out of direct sunlight and heat to prevent wilting. Refill water frequently – Most importantly.. show them off to your friends and family!
